Do I have to pay immediately?
No, the initial inspection is free. We’ll then provide you and your insurance company with an estimate. After that, we can typically bill your insurance company directly. No work is completed without your approval first.
Do I have to work with the contractor my insurance company recommended?
You have the right to choose your own contractor, regardless if your insurance company recommended them or not.
